Accounting Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Process AP vendor invoices and statement reconciliations
Resolve billing issues with consultants, vendors, and clients
Prepare and submit client pay applications for approval
Distribute and process expense reports
Collect, input, and maintain vendor and firm information
Issue monthly consultant billing authorizations (and act as a backup for work authorizations)
Generate monthly reports and assist with collections
Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Accounting Administrative Assistant Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher (or currently pursuing a degree)
Background in accounting, AP, or AR preferred
Some prior office experience required; Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision experience is a plus
Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
