Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Villanova, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.
Position Overview:
Joining our team as the Assistant Golf Professional means playing a key role in managing day-to-day golf operations with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and member satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in the golf industry. Responsibilities include an essential role in the club’s tournament operations, daily tee sheet management, golf shop merchandising, providing instruction and coaching, heavy junior golf program involvement, and engaging with members on and off the course.
Start date for this position will be as early as March 1, 2026 and will be a year round position except for the month of January when the club is closed.
Requirements
• 1-2 years as an Assistant Golf Professional
• PGA Associate or Member
• Desire to move up in the golf business and succeed
• Experience with Golf Genius Tournament software
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher
• Knowledge of the golf swing and club fitting preferred
Compensation
$45,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year.
