You can get out on the open road with Arc Herkimer!

Starting rate $16/hour, Monday – Friday split shifts to full days, 37.5 hours per week. 

18+ years old, h igh school diploma or GED preferred, Agency approvable Driver's License preferred. 

You’re the first face people with disabilities see in the morning, and the last face in the afternoon! As a Bus Aide, you:

• Assist passengers as necessary in boarding and departing vehicles and to and from homes
• Assist passengers with the use of safety restraints.
• Assist passengers as needed with medical and safety issues, providing behavioral intervention per agency policy and passenger plan.
• Complete documentation.
• Communicate with passenger's treatment teams.
• Maintain knowledge of passenger's service plans.
• May be requested to drive agency vehicle.
