Job Description

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Cleveland,OH/Dallas, TX/Birmingham, AL/Phoenix, AZ

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Industry background: Technical or Financial background preferred.
Team Dynamic: The 3 BSA’s being hired will report directly to hiring manager. There are going to be two teams they will be working with. One is currently onboarded and focused on infrastructure, single product owner, scrum master, about 7 or 8 developers, 3 QA members and now 2 BSAs. There will be another team we will be standing up in the next 30 days that will mimic that other team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• BA/BSA experience in the IAM, CIAM or WIAM spaces preferred.
• Building process flows
• Gathering requirements and deep dives
• Organize user stories/user case requirements
• Experience within IAM to be able to understand the infrastructure flow and process flow to help build out diagrams and artifacts.
• CIAM experience – This is the line of business we line up with
• Reaching out to stakeholders in retail line of business to help understand architecture and what those business process flows would looks like and then get them diagrammed out.
• Creating dashboards, burn down charts

Must Have Technical Skills: IAM, CIAM or WIAM
Business Process Analysis
Business Workflows

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Flow diagram solutions experience (Raleigh, Mural, Whiteboard, Visio, etc.)

Soft Skills: Strong Written and Verbal Communication
Stakeholder engagement
Ability to take and have ownership
Proactive/Self-starter
Cross functional translation and understanding

Education/Certifications: Manager will look at experience in lieu of education; Agile or Scrum Certifications a big plus.

What tools or frameworks do you use to visualize and validate CIAM process flows across systems?2. How do you gather, reconcile, and document requirements from cross-functional stakeholders when designing CIAM workflows?
