Part-Time Commercial Janitor - Lakeland

Our company is in on the look for a dependable, responsive and proactive cleaning professional to join our crew to provide morning service for a store in Lakeland.

As our commercial cleaner, you'll provide the optimal standards with a list of routine activities such as sweeping, moping and disinfecting.

Details:

• Monday-Friday: 6:00AM-10AM
• Saturday: 7:00AM-11AM
• Sunday: 9:00AM-1PM
• $14 per hour, via direct deposit

Payment organization:

• Days worked between 1 and 15 paid every 22nd
• Days worked between the 16th and the last day of the month paid every 7th

Duties and Responsibilities

Restrooms (Daily)

• Disinfect Sinks, Urinals, Toilets, Partitions, Vents, Mirrors, and all Dispensers
• Stock all Paper Products and Soap
• Mop Floors, Walls, and Baseboard
• Office Package (Daily) includes Breakroom, Training Room, Offices
• Sweep and mop all floors (daily)
• Empty trash (daily)
• Wipe down counters and clean sinks in breakroom (daily)
• Clean vents and light lenses in Office, Breakroom and Training Room. (1x week)
• Sales Floor (Daily)
• Sweep Floor
• Special attention to grout/mortar aisle
• Scrub Front End and Racetrack using automatic scrubber and other aisles per rotational map
• Edge mop as necessary

  Pro Desk (Daily):

• Empty trash can
• Entryways (3x week)
• Detail clean exterior front apron in front of entrances and exits
• Dispose of all cigarette butts, empty all designated trash cans
• Spot clean Windows inside and out

Customer Pick-Up Center (Daily)

• Sweep floor and Scrub floor according to rotational scrub map
• Wipe down display counters and consulting desktops
• Clean mirror and fixtures

Customer Pick-Up Entrance (Daily)

• Detail clean exterior front apron in front of entrances and exits
• Sweep floor, remove gum, and wash spills
• Dispose of all cigarette butts and empty all designated trash cans
• Spot clean Windows inside and out (10' and lower)
• Empty entry trash cans
