Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with one of the country’s fastest-growing logistics powerhouses based in the western suburbs of Chicago. As they scale operations to meet sky-high demand, we’re looking for a Contract Recruiter who can move just as fast—and think even faster.

In this contract role, you’ll be a key player on the front lines of hiring, reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition. From sourcing top talent for multi-site warehouses to optimizing high-volume hiring strategies, your work will directly influence how this logistics giant scales nationwide. Bilingual in Spanish? Even better—you’ll have an edge connecting with a diverse workforce that keeps the wheels turning coast to coast.

Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and exempt roles in logistics and warehousing across multiple sites

  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies and digital platforms to attract high-performing talent

  • Optimize ATS workflows to support seamless, data-driven hiring

  • Build candidate pipelines and partner closely with hiring managers and staffing agencies

  • Monitor recruiting metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire

  • Influence hiring strategies with insights, data, and on-the-ground experience

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting in high-volume, multi-location environments

  • Proven expertise in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems

  • Adaptable, collaborative, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on hustle

Want a front-row seat to one of the biggest logistics success stories in the Midwest? Let’s get moving—apply now.
