Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Digital: CUE- Visual Design; Digital: User Experience Design (UXD)/ Visual Design; Digital : User Experience (UX); Digital : CUE - UI / Interaction Design
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience with design systems and asset libraries.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Final Design Review: Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of design assets to ensure they meet brand standards and quality benchmarks.
Create visual assets/images for the business requirements
Produce variants of existing assets according to the business and compliance requirements.
Design Configuration: Create and configure new design elements that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Asset Publishing: Publish and maintain approved design assets in shared libraries or repositories for use by the broader design team.
Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
Design Consistency: Uphold and advocate for brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a design or visual production role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to man age multiple projects simultaneously.
