Our client in the travel industry, is looking for a Visual Designer to

help our Customer UX team communicate ideas with clarity, creativity, and visual impact. In this role, you\'ll transform complex design concepts, research insights, and strategies into compelling visual narratives, helping teams and stakeholders align around a shared vision.

You\'ll design presentations, iconography, and illustrations that

elevate storytelling across product, research, and design initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role that blends visual craft, systems thinking, and storytelling to make design work more engaging and understandable across the organization.

Responsibilities:

-Design compelling presentations for UX reviews, research readouts, and

executive communications.

-Translate design concepts and strategies into clear, visual stories

that communicate intent and impact.

-Create iconography, diagrams, and illustrations to support UX

documentation, product concepts, and design systems.

-Collaborate with UX Designers, Researchers, and Stakeholders to

visualize findings, frameworks, and design principles.

-Maintain and evolve visual storytelling standards within the design

system, ensuring alignment with product and brand.

-Craft clear, succinct visual stories in the form of storyboards or

videos that distill insights and data from multiple sources into engaging narratives.

-Develop reusable templates and visual frameworks that help teams tell

their stories efficiently and consistently.

-Champion visual communication as a tool for collaboration,

understanding, and influence within the UX organization.

Qualifications/Education:

related fields ideally within UX or product organizations.

-A strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, iconography, and

visual storytelling for digital experiences.

-Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator

and Photoshop).

-Ability to translate abstract concepts into accessible visual

frameworks.

-Excellent sense of layout, hierarchy, typography, and color.

-Experience with motion graphics or prototyping tools (After Effects,

Principle, etc.) is a plus.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,

confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
