LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-growth, private-label food manufacturing company to hire a Director of Procurement who’s ready to build, lead, and scale. This role sits at the center of everything—sourcing raw materials, managing supplier relationships, and keeping costs tight across a national frozen food operation.
This isn’t a legacy procurement function—it’s fast, agile, and food-first. You’ll lead strategy and execution for ingredients like proteins, dairy, sauces, and crusts, while owning vendor performance and driving innovation alongside operations and R&D. You’ll have a seat at the table—and a team behind you.

Build and scale vendor relationships with a sharp eye on price, quality, and reliability
Partner closely with manufacturing, R&D, quality, and finance to launch products and support aggressive growth targets
Track market movements (especially protein, dairy, and grain) to lock in smart buys and hedge risk
Lead a lean, high-output procurement team, focused on execution and accountability
Negotiate like a pro and drive results that impact the P&L
10+ years of procurement experience in food manufacturing , including perishable ingredient sourcing
3–5+ years of team leadership with a scrappy, hands-on approach
Deep knowledge of frozen or ready-to-eat food categories
Experience navigating commodity volatility and supplier capacity constraints
Strong ERP chops (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
Familiarity with FDA, USDA, GFSI or SQF requirements
A leadership style that’s fast-moving, clear, and resourceful
$160,000 – $180,000 salary + performance bonus
Full medical, dental and vision coverage
A leadership role where you’ll drive real change across a national food manufacturing operation
A chance to make your mark in a company that’s scaling fast and values speed, trust, and ownership
If you’re a Director of Procurement who lives for supply chain wins, knows food inside and out, and can lead a team that moves as fast as the production line—you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
