Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you will support on-site event operations and attendee engagement while working closely with experienced event professionals. You’ll assist with logistics, customer interaction, and post-event follow-up, gaining valuable real-world experience across multiple aspects of the event industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth and successful event execution

• Manage event registration and attendee check-in , including distributing materials

• Engage with attendees, provide information, and deliver a positive guest experience

• Assist vendors, staff, and event partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials

• Monitor event-day logistics and help resolve issues as they arise

• Support event setup and breakdown of materials, signage, and equipment

• Assist with post-event follow-up , including collecting feedback and communications

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellent service

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments

• Positive, adaptable team player with a willingness to learn

• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in the event industry

• Previous customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required
