Job Description

Pay: Up to $22.00/HR | Paid Weekly

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit CDL drivers and warehouse talent at high volume and high speed

• Post, proof, and manage job ads to drive strong applicant flow

• Conduct screening interviews and manage the application pipeline

• Verify employment documentation and ensure compliance

• Track candidate activity and ad performance using Excel and ATS

• Source talent using resume databases, and AI tools

• Build quick trust with both active and passive candidates

• Adjust when needed, accept feedback, and keep performance high

• Assist with dispatch, payroll coordination, and support compliance

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of fast-paced recruiting or staffing experience

• Are confident using ATS platforms and Excel daily

• Have managed multiple open roles with tight deadlines

• Communicate clearly and follow up without delay

• Are coachable, adaptable, and results-driven

• Can sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds

• Are willing and able to work full-time in Knoxville, TN
