We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Fundraising & Outreach Assistant . This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in fundraising , community outreach , or event management . As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for supporting our efforts to raise awareness, build relationships with local communities, and promote meaningful causes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events
Conduct outreach to potential donors, community partners, and event participants
Represent the organization at community events and interact with the public to promote fundraising initiatives
Support the development of promotional materials and ensure they are distributed effectively
Assist in coordinating event logistics , timelines, and schedules
Help maintain relationships with local media contacts and community partners
Track and evaluate performance of fundraising campaigns and events
Provide administrative support to the fundraising team as needed
Strong desire to succeed in the fields of fundraising , outreach , or public relations
Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Detail-oriented , proactive, and capable of solving problems effectively
Ability to work flexible hours , including occasional evenings or weekends for events
