Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity, offering room for growth and the chance to advance into an entry-level Designer role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to continue developing their skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Create high-quality designs and layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud tools to meet project specifications. - Collaborate with team members to ensure creative solutions align with brand guidelines and client expectations. - Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. - Solve design-related challenges with a creative and proactive approach. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions. - Maintain and organize design assets to streamline production processes. - Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve skills. - Assist in refining and implementing systems to enhance workflow efficiency. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. - Creative problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset. - A growth-oriented attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges. - Experience in production design or a related field is preferred. - Ability to adapt to feedback and implement changes efficiently.
