About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This is a full-time, onsite position that reports to the COO and aligns with leadership schedules. You will be responsible for all visual marketing materials and initiatives, providing creative, timely, consistent, and high-quality design work across print, digital, and online media to support the company’s brand and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with the leadership team to develop, coordinate, and execute visual content that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals. Photography skills are preferred but not required. A strong understanding of visual communication, particularly in connecting with diverse audiences, including a predominantly female customer base, is essential.
Responsibilities
• Design visually compelling marketing materials for print, web, social, and promotional use
• Create digital assets that resonate with a wide variety of audiences
• Maintain brand consistency across all design work
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns
• Support product packaging, catalogs, and email marketing design needs
• Incorporate and elevate visual storytelling aligned with brand strategy
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand design
• Experience designing for female-centered markets preferred
• Excellent collaboration, time management, and communication skills
