LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing company in Vernon Hills to hire a Help Desk Technician for a project-to-hire opportunity. This Help Desk Technician will be the go-to resource for desktop support, imaging, deployment, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting. It’s the perfect chance for someone who enjoys being hands-on, loves solving problems, and wants a path to grow into a long-term IT role.
Deliver onsite help desk and desktop support to internal users
Complete imaging and deployment of new hardware
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting
Support Azure AD configurations and user lifecycle tasks
Resolve tickets with accuracy and speed
Assist with inventory management and device tracking
Provide friendly, effective communication to all employees
Previous Help Desk Technician or desktop support experience
Proficiency with imaging tools and deployment processes
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Knowledge of Azure AD and user provisioning
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work onsite daily in Vernon Hills
