POSITION SUMMARY
A Hospitality Recruiter specializes in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring staff for the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and event planning companies. They are responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill positions such as chefs, housekeepers, front desk clerks, and management roles. Utilizing various recruitment strategies, they assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction within the organization. Their role is crucial in maintaining a wellstaffed, efficient, and welcoming environment, vital for the success of any hospital establishment.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video calls.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and industry events.
  • Review and evaluate incoming resumes and job applications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Implement strategic recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
  • Prepare and deliver regular recruitment status reports to senior management.
  • Continuously act as a liaison between international recruitment firms, supporting J1 Visa applications and processes.
  • Support with onboarding processes and procedures.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members on recruitment practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and industry developments.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiate terms.

COMPENSATION
The annual pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on several factors, Including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, etc.
