Job Description

As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest areas remain tidy by promptly removing trash and ground litter.
• Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards.
• Safely handle and dispose of trash and recycling throughout hotel premises.
• Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
