Implementations - Professional II

What does a successful Implementations Professional do at Fiserv?

You will play a vital role in ensuring that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. Your efforts will drive client satisfaction by working closely with stakeholders across the organization to provide a seamless client experience from initial engagement through project completion.

What you will do:

  • Provide leadership and oversight within Fiserv’s Conversions and Implementations team, supporting the Optis Platform and onboarding new customers.
  • Serve as the client's single point of contact from the project's initial discovery phase through the completion of the warranty phase.
  • Document timelines, requirements, and deliverables while managing expectations.
  • Develop and execute a formal communication plan that includes regular update calls, email communications, and meeting recaps.
  • Ensure tasks are completed and bring the project to closure.
  • Proactively manage risk, identify blockers, escalate as necessary, and ensure project commitments are completed on time with a high degree of quality.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all internal Fiserv processes that may affect project delivery.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and directly influence Fiserv’s clients by enabling best-in-class services that enhance consumer experiences, improve client efficiency, and modernize client engagement workflows.

What you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementations, business systems analysis, project management or coordination roles, and/or working in a customer service oriented and time-sensitive environment motivated by project timelines
  • Ability to manage client expectations, document key deliverables, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Strong communication skills, including the development of formal communication plans.
  • Capability to manage project risks and escalate issues, as necessary.
  • Understanding of internal processes affecting project delivery.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Fiserv systems experience.
  • Travel required: 2-5 trips annually

What would be great to have:

  • Experience working with the Optis Platform.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Previous conversion experience
  • Understanding of the Credit Card Issuing Industry and associated products
  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary Range

$50,500.00 - $85,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
