Job Description



This role supports the Sales team by providing technical and commercial expertise to support management, outside sales engineers, and internal/external customers. You’ll be responsible for driving sales through customer relationship building, quoting, and project management that directly impacts customer satisfaction and company growth.

What You'll Do

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Support management, outside sales, and customers by delivering technical and commercial solutions.
  • Act as a technical resource for field sales, customers, and quotation/project management of power distribution, power protection, and power equipment maintenance.
  • Review and interpret customer needs to develop competitive quotes and accurate bills of material.
  • Provide timely resolutions to customer issues by utilizing or developing internal resources.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Leverage selling skills and product knowledge to support sales growth and market position.

Qualifications



What You Bring

You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience
  • Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams
  • Valid driver’s license

Bonus Points For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience managing sales-related projects and lead generation
  • Prior experience leading or coordinating with remote team members

Pay Range

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year plus discretionary incentive opportunities
