Job Description

Summary

Responsible for supporting marketing budget planning cycles, tracking spends, and overseeing invoice approval workflows and processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards. Plays a key role in developing annual business planning timelines, agendas and templates, as well as managing the "Future Project Forum" process. Supports international markets of Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Canada.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop, review, and adapt budget tracking systems that support clear communication and informed decision making across markets. Work with finance teams to ensure spends are being coded to the correct Cost Centers and GL (General Ledger) Codes within the markets. Facilitate budget review meetings with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and align with spending goals.
  • Create and maintain processes for tracking spends with contracted marketing agencies, ensuring financial accuracy, contract adherence and alignment with marketing budgets.
  • Oversee and evaluate established project review process "Future Project Forum" to ensure consistency, clarity and alignment across teams. Manage all logistics and communication related to this process including reviewing templates, scheduling meetings, distributing pre-read materials, tracking inputs and deliverables, and facilitating the meetings themselves.
  • Build, assess, and optimize comprehensive planning timelines. Create standardized templates for markets to clearly outline strategies, key initiatives, and budget needs. Coordinate in person meetings to facilitate cross market collaboration and review.

Position Requirements

  • Relevant Work Experience: 3 to 5 years in Marketing
  • 1 to 3 years Marketing/Budget Tracking/Project Management
  • Preferred Field of Study: Bachelor’s in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good writing skills
  • Utilize Microsoft suite (excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills required), Click Up Analytical Skills, Business Acumen
  • Detail Orientation and Organizational skills
  • Project Management Skills, Relationship Building, Self Motivational Skills and Time Management Skills.
