As a Junior Graphic Designer , you will assist the Director of Design with design requests and the creation of point of sales material to increase the visibility of the company's brand lines. This could include but is not limited to on and off premise print/advertising, truck wraps, billboards, product artwork, social media ads, eblasts and more. Deep graphic design knowledge is critical. The role requires a driven graphics professional with the ability to develop products and manage vendor relations. A professional marketing background is a plus. Key Responsibilities
- Create and design restaurant advertisements, menus, posters, social media posts, etc.
- Design and develop liquor store point-of-sale items- banners/signage, bollard covers, giveaways, etc.
- Design and implement branded wrap jobs across all areas- distributor opportunities, company fleet, bar facades, doors & windows, checkout counters, etc.
- Curate the Stateside Brands apparel/swag program
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and After Effects & 3D Rendering skills are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of color theory, composition, and concept development with a strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ability to work on-site at our Philadelphia Headquarters, Monday through Friday.
- Military experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience interfacing with vendors to manage and fulfill design projects.
- Keen insight into current trends and popular designs in the market.
- Highly motivated, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation
- Estimated Base Salary Range: $40,000- $50,000 USD.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
- The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
