Job Summary:
Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, seeking a Data Analyst in the financial services domain. The role involves supporting the Consent Order Reporting Remediation Lead Business Analyst in managing regulatory metrics, enhancing tooling, and ensuring data quality while collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Consent Order Reporting Remediation Lead Business Analyst in managing regulatory metrics, enhancing tooling, and ensuring data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure compliance with regulatory commitments and improve reporting processes.
• Conduct monthly data quality and completeness reviews.
• Analyze trends and identify gaps in reporting data.
• Support remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in data analysis, preferably in financial services or compliance.
• Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management concepts.
Preferred:
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in financial services or compliance.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting or compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
• Conduct monthly data quality and completeness reviews.
• Analyze trends and identify gaps in reporting data.
• Support remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
