About the Job:

LC Lash & Brow Bar is seeking a full-time esthetician/lash artist looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. As a leader in the brow, lash & skincare industry we are seeking a candidate that is willing to work at least 25 hours a week. We are open Tuesday through Saturday with appointment-only availability on Mondays. Eyelash extension experience is a must! We are an independently owned and operated luxury lash and brow bar located in Roswell, Ga.

We provide a full variety of services including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, brow wax & tint, brow lamination, hybrid stain brow tint, lash lift & tint, semi-permanent makeup, spray tanning, body contouring, and eyelash extensions! Your guests can enjoy a full set of set lash extensions with a brow wax & tint. We are an Award-Winning salon in receiving multiple awards. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Esthetician/Lash Artist, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for achieving all Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals as outlined by Spa Management.
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
• Leads with a positive & professional attitude.
• Increase clientele by engaging and posting on social media.
• Meet biweekly with the Esthetics staff & Spa Management.
• Performs services on clients.
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service.
• Attends all required training.
• Existing clientele or a strong following is preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed esthetician.
• Eyelash extension experience a MUST.
• Brow Threading is a PLUS.
• Able to perform brow tints, brow waxing, brow laminations, lash lifts & tints, and facials.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Demonstrate soft skills.
