Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through live chat communication.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, troubleshooting, and other support needs.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or similar online support role.
• Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using live chat software, CRM tools, and other digital communication platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the [industry-specific, e.g., e-commerce, tech, healthcare] sector.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
