Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at two communities totaling 126 units, in Thornton and Westminster, CO. This full-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, knows how to organize work and people, and believes that well-maintained apartment homes create better communities.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all property maintenance operations across two communities
- Train and supervise a full-time maintenance technician and manage vendors
- Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, speed (5-day standard), and move-in readiness
- Prioritize and resolve daily work orders with urgency and a resident-first attitude
- Manage inventory, ensure timely follow-up, and close out completed work in Yardi
- Coordinate seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and on-call rotation
What You Bring to the Team
- At least 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Strong organization, scheduling, and communication skills
- General repair skills (electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, etc.)
- A personal basic tool set (small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, knife, tape measure, etc.)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
- You live within 10 miles of Carriage Hill Apartments in Thornton, CO
