Medical Assistant – Full-Time | $16–$19/hr + Health & Dental | Monday–Friday, 8–5

About Us:

We are a busy, well-established podiatry practice with five board-certified podiatrists providing top-quality foot and ankle care to our patients. Our West side location is in Rocky River, Ohio, with an East Side location in Orange Village. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team and help keep our practice running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Room patients efficiently and courteously
• Take and record patient vitals
• Triage patient concerns and assist physicians as needed
• Prep treatment rooms for minor procedures
• Complete patient consent forms accurately
• Measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment (DME) like CAM boots or braces, or assist in scanning for orthotics
• Facilitate podiatric X-rays (training provided if needed)
• Restock rooms and supplies
• Autoclave and maintain sterile instruments
• Clean rooms between patients
• Assist patients safely in and out of exam rooms
• Use EMR (electronic medical records) system for patient charting
• Occasionally travel to the Orange Village office (rare, but flexibility appreciated)
• Requirements:
• Previous experience as a medical assistant (preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to facilitate or willingness to learn how to assist taking podiatric X-rays
• Familiarity with EMR systems (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Friendly, professional, and patient-centered attitude
• Reliable transportation for occasional travel to Orange Village location
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay: $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no weekends!)
