Physician led non-profit Health System seeks a Neurosurgeon 2 hours east of Dallas TX! (Texarkana, TX)

The role:

• Seeking a board-certified/ board-eligible Neurosurgeon to join our team of two on a full-time basis. This position is focused primarily on spine work.
• Location: Texarkana, TX
• 1:4 call
• $740,000.00 base salary plus 100-300k in bonuses - $1,000,000 plus earnings annually
• 3 days OR, 2 days clinic
• $1600 per 24 hours of call
