Huron Consulting Group's Oracle EPM Planning & Strategy (P&S) teams play a key role in helping organizations navigate complex transformations across various industries. Drawing on extensive expertise in strategy and innovation, these teams work closely with clients to create practical plans that address immediate challenges while positioning them for long-term success. The team collaborates across departments to drive strategic planning, optimize annual planning processes, and implement industry-specific strategies. Through this approach, Huron's P&S teams enable organizations to effectively manage disruption, enhance operations, and achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic business environment. The Oracle EPM P&S team at Huron operates on a global scale, fostering collaboration across diverse areas of expertise. Our India-based team plays a pivotal role in delivering P&S projects, offering specialized technical skills and in-depth business process knowledge, leveraging the latest Oracle EPM technologies. As we continue to grow, we are committed to expanding our talented team in India, further strengthening Huron's dedication to delivering impactful digital transformation solutions **Requirements:** - At least 4 to 6 years' experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (preferably PBCS/EPBCS) - At least 4 to 6 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users - Specific knowledge of integration tools such as; FDMEE, Data Management or ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) - Experience with automation scripts such as EPM Automate - Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView **Preferences:** - Knowledge of financial process and functional processes - Ability to work independently with minimum guidance - Strong technical documentation skills - Huron requires a bachelor's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience **Position Level** Associate **Country** India At Huron, we're redefining what a consulting organization can be.
