The pastry department prepares all breads, desserts and frozen desserts in-house. Professional baking / pastry experience is required to be considered for this position, degree optional. The ideal candidate must have a well-rounded knowledge of kitchen operations and techniques, enjoy a learning kitchen and is an experienced, hard-working and committed culinary professional who shares in our mission of providing the finest quality New Orleans fare to our guests. We are dedicated to continuing the rich history of New Orleans through locally inspired and nationally recognized cuisine.
Our restaurants are avid supporters of local farmers. Each of our restaurants accentuates Louisiana’s culinary history through the use of local ingredients and techniques.
