Role Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Family NPs with pediatric experience welcome) to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our medical director, providing personalized, high-quality care in both our pediatric clinic and med spa. You’ll also contribute to spa services such as IV therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric patient care under physician supervision.
• Maintain efficient patient flow while ensuring thorough, personalized visits.
• Perform and oversee lab duties (UA, strep testing, lab orders, vaccine administration).
• Interpret patient history and physical findings to develop appropriate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on wellness, treatment, and preventive care.
• Manage administrative tasks such as vaccine ordering, inventory control, and complex referrals.
• Participate in on-call rotation for both the pediatric office and med spa.
• Deliver or learn med spa services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and GLP receptor agonist injections.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN license and national certification as a Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Pediatric experience preferred (minimum 1 year as NP preferred; entrepreneurial new grads welcome).
• Skilled in blood draws, injections, and IV administration.
• Comfortable using electronic EMR systems.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and perform med spa treatments if no prior experience.
