Job Title: Power Platform Developer (Junior to Mid-Level)
Location: Remote
Clearance: DoD Secret Clearance or Above

Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate Power Platform solutions, focusing on continuous process improvement and digital modernization.
• Utilize Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to establish, document, and deploy new online processes and best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert, assisting users in troubleshooting application challenges.
• Deliver virtual demos and training sessions of Power Platform solutions to clients at all levels of leadership.
• Generate, update, and maintain critical reporting using the M365 application suite.
• Utilize M365 office tools for collaboration, project management, and client engagement.
• Analyze data in various Microsoft Excel formats to support asset management and resource tracking.
• Learn to leverage the client's customized M365 Teams instantiation for major client deliverables and train fellow users.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or three years of directly applicable professional experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with M365 cloud application suite.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to deliver high-visibility solutions autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Power Platform with emphasis on Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular 6+.
• Experience in facilitating collaboration sessions and ensuring efficient use of information systems.
• Strong analytical skills to support process improvement and analysis projects.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into concise processes and plans.

Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to work sitting or standing at a desk or conference table for extended periods.
• Access to resources for telework.
• Ability to walk in the office, attend meetings, or retrieve documents.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
