**Job Description:** We are looking for a R&D Data Scientist Intern to join our team. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. The R&D Data Scientist Intern will partner with fellow Engineers and Production teams to execute on project objectives and team goals. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** + Support various data analytics projects. + Create and maintain server scripts to extract and compile data. + Provide data visualization and presentation for stakeholders on a regular basis. **Job Requirements:** + Currently pursuing a degree in relevant fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Business Analytics. + Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Structured Query Language (SQL), Python (scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas), AWS services (Athena, SageMaker) and Microsoft Excel. + A portfolio of project experieces in data analytics preferred. + Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. + Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Target Market Salary Range:** Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
