Talent Solutions RPO is seeking an experienced Grassroots Recruiter to support a key client in the wholesale distribution industry, with a mission focused on helping trade professionals build and maintain critical infrastructure. As a Grassroots Recruiter, you will lead localized recruiting efforts to identify, engage, and hire talent within targeted markets. You'll be instrumental in building strong pipelines through relationship-driven outreach, community partnerships, and in-person recruiting events. Essential Functions: -Community Engagement & Talent Sourcing -Build partnerships with local schools, organizations, and community groups -Lead and attend hiring events, job fairs, and other grassroots initiatives -Identify and attract diverse, qualified candidates through proactive outreach -Recruitment Execution -Manage 20-30 requisitions at a time -Screen, assess, and present candidates for client opportunities -Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing support and removing barriers -Share market insights and community outreach updates with the client-facing recruiter -Continuously improve sourcing strategies using digital tools and creativity What We're Looking For: -3 plus years of Recruiting experience -Experience in grassroots or community-based recruiting -Strong communication and organizational skills -Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for relationship-building Organization: Talent Solutions RPO: $34-36 /hour Incentive (if applicable): No Benefits: ManpowerGroup offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Life insurance and Disability for Staff and Consultants, as well as 401K.
