About the Role:

We are currently expanding our team to include a dedicated, U.S.-based Virtual Personal Trainer to support our clients on their fitness journey wherever they are.

We are looking for a compassionate, self-motivated Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our team as a remote, part-time independent contractor . You will provide virtual nutrition counseling and education to clients across various health goals and conditions. This flexible, work-from-home opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking meaningful client interactions while maintaining a manageable schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth nutrition consultations, including initial assessments and follow-ups
• Develop and adjust personalized nutrition plans tailored to individual needs and medical conditions
• Educate clients on evidence-based strategies for chronic disease prevention, weight management, and general wellness
• Accurately document all client encounters in a timely and HIPAA-compliant manner
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support integrated care

Requirements:

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Active licensure in your state of residence; multi-state licensure is a plus
• At least 1 year of clinical, outpatient, or counseling experience (telehealth preferred)
• Proficient with virtual care tools and EHR systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant home office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, heart health, obesity)
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing or behavioral coaching
• Bilingual/multilingual abilities a plus
• Prior experience working with culturally diverse populations

Schedule & Hours:

• 10-20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling, with options for evenings and weekends
• 100% remote position
