Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health & Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time, remote role. This position offers a salaried structure with benefits, paid time off (PTO), health insurance, and the use of a company car.

New graduates are welcome to apply! We provide comprehensive in-house training, including extensive shadowing with an experienced RN, to ensure you feel confident in delivering high-quality care.

As a Home Health RN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
✔ Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
✔ Monitoring vital signs and providing wound care
✔ Educating patients and their families on health management and recovery
✔ Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:
✅ Active RN license in the state of California
✅ Experience is a plus, but not required - we offer in-house training!
✅ Previous experience in home health or hospice is preferred but not mandatory
✅ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
✅ Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
✅ Current BLS certification
✅ Acute care experience is a plus
