Join our team at Reeves in the Hospital & Health Care industry as a Remote Records Clerk. This vital position plays a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless operations and quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain patient records in electronic databases
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with regulations
Retrieve and process medical records requests from healthcare providers
Assist with coding, indexing, and scanning documents
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to update records as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a records clerk or similar role
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in Health Information Management (HIM) is a plus
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
