Sales Manager (Field)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and proactively follow up with potential clients through site visits, networking, and other field-based strategies
Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase projects
Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
Convert walk-in and field leads into successful bookings
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Key Requirements:
8-12 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
