Job Description

Salary: $122,200 - 220,900 per year Requirements:

  • We require candidates to have a Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field accompanied by at least 10+ years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's or Doctorate with at least 8+ years of relevant experience will be considered. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess an active Secret DoD security clearance.
  • Additionally, you should have:
  • Experience with software development and application programming interface (API) development.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements decomposition.
  • Proficiency in the Systems Engineering V concepts.
  • Strong experience in managing requirements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate projects through established processes while analyzing risks and uncertainties.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation development and Agile Development methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, I will lead the development and implementation of requirements and configuration management as part of a Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) function. My responsibilities will include:
  • Leading system engineering, hardware, and software analysis to support our customer’s Cybersecurity-driven project portfolio.
  • Defining and applying systems engineering processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Managing requirements, including decomposition, allocation, verification, and validation.
  • Developing System Architecture, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and use cases using systems engineering methodologies.
  • Participating and leading discussions at customer meetings and technical interchange meetings.
  • Researching, designing, writing, and reviewing various technical documentation required for system analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and fielding.
  • I will also be required to collaborate with internal agile development teams and external stakeholders daily.
