We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UX Design to join our dynamic team at Mobileye in New York . The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a user centered approach throughout.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven expertise in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user centered design projects.
Extensive experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in designing for mobile applications and responsive web design.
Familiarity with front end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross functional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
15+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on UX.
A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user centered design and showcases a variety of projects.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
