Now Hiring: Sheet Metal Mechanic
Location: Dothan, AL

What You’ll Do:

• Install, fabricate, and repair HVAC sheet metal ductwork and accessories
• Must have at least 2-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication

• Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, and shop drawings
• Work independently or as part of a team on commercial and residential job sites
• Perform work in various environments, including rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and elevated platforms
• Ensure work is completed to code, within deadlines, and to company standards
• Coordinate with other trades and maintain strong communication with project managers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the sheet metal trade (HVAC-specific experience preferred)
• Ability to fabricate and install tie-ins, transitions, offsets, and other duct fittings
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and layout work
• Willingness to adhere to company values, safety standards, and job site procedures
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on elevated surfaces
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
