We're seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team in the greater Houston area. This role will work with Sales, Product, and AI/Research teams to understand and meet customer needs, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to prospective clients, and assist in selling complex scientific and technological solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise software solutions and professional services, solid hands-on technical skills, and preferably a background in Energy. They should possess a strong drive to achieve sales and business development goals and excellent interpersonal and customer success skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business value through science-based AI use cases for customers and prospects
• Present and demonstrate NobleAI VIP Platform capabilities to potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales team and be the technology evangelist for NobleAI solutions
• Lead implementation activities with internal AI, Product, and Engineering teams
• Ensure successful customer delivery through various technical and support activities
• Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 30% of time)
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or other related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, business development, sales, or solutions-focused marketing. Minimum 4 years of technical experience and 3 years in a Go-To-Market customer-facing position.
• Proven ability to create new business opportunities and drive measurable results via consultative/solution selling.
• Hands-on experience preferred for building and prototyping technical solutions using python, streamlit and other computing languages —*please note: this is not a software developer role*
• Fully proficient with data analytics, visualization, data management, and predictive modeling tools:
• Required: Python proficiency (Pandas, scikit-learn, Plotly, Streamlit, Flask, etc)
• Preferred: Javascript and front-end/back-end web app development experience.
• Strong business acumen: can communicate technical concepts, develop relationships, and tell the big-picture story (including LinkedIn).
• Experience engaging customers, supporting pre-sales, or excelling in customer success; skilled communicator with both clients and teams.
• Expertise in materials, chemistry, chemical engineering, or downstream energy—can speak the language of NobleAI’s core domains.
• Collaborates comfortably with AI scientists, ML engineers, and across functional teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and deployment. 
• Strong Understanding of machine learning concepts and data science tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Compensation Range $200k - $220k OTE (base + variable) per year, depending on experience & geographic location. Variable includes commission and performance-based bonus plan.
