• Data Scientist IV will support strategic marketing initiatives, drive data-driven decision -making, and optimize campaign performance in a competitive telecom environment .
• 7+ years -Must have strong hands-on machine learning and propensity modeling experience
• Need to have strong sequel and BigQuery, ML skills
• Building and gathering data
• Must have good comms and presentation skills (powerpoint). Visualize and communicate analyzed results with team.
• 3 people analytics, and 6 people engineering team
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in:
• predictive modeling , statistical analysis
• data engineering collaboration
• with a proven ability to translate complex data into business impact.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in advanced analytics and modeling
• TELECOM domain experience
• Take results from models and communicate that with team
• Machine learning
• Propensity Modeling:
  • propensity to buy
  • propensity to churn
  • propensity to non pay
  • random ad hoc analysis
• Sequel
• Strong analytical skills
• Python, R
• BigQuery, ML
• Experience with automating training models
• Data science, analytics, mathematics degree preferred
• Doing your own analysis independently
• Being able to collab with the team and take feedback
