Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as Project/Program Manager within the Cloud Security technology team.
- Collaborate with multiple cloud security teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive foundational security initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between technical requirements and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear executive-level communication.
- Plan, track, and report on programs and projects that require coordination across departments and teams.
- Identify project contributors, define project scope, create timelines, and facilitate regular meetings.
- Integrate, document, and publish strategic program systems and processes.
- Proactively solve problems to help security engineers meet program objectives.
- Communicate objectives, key results, and project issues to senior executives.
- Manage project risks, evaluate delivery timelines, and escalate issues as needed.
- Build relationships across departments for effective project execution.
- Develop project plans, visual aids, and capability tracking mechanisms.
- Utilize tools such as Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Jira, JQL, Confluence, and Roadmunk.
- Manage application migration projects and work within Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: Experience in cloud security, financial technology, Power BI, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Optional: PMP, Scrum Master, cloud certifications, and experience incorporating AI for efficiency.
- Hybrid, local candidates only; no sponsorship; experience must not exceed 8 years.
