• Role: Visual Merchandising Associate

About the Role:

As a Visual Merchandising Associate, you will create visually engaging store displays and layouts that elevate the customer shopping experience. Working closely with the Visual Leadership team, you’ll use your creativity to design and present merchandise in a way that reflects the brand’s identity and drives sales. This role is perfect for detail-oriented, design-focused professionals who enjoy combining aesthetics with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement visual merchandising strategies that align with company sales goals and brand standards.
• Execute eye-catching store displays, layouts, and seasonal transitions for furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Regularly remerchandise displays and signage to optimize product presentation and sell-through.
• Support store recovery and maintenance, ensuring an attractive and well-organized environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for product unpacking, tagging, and showroom placement.
• Maintain compliance with corporate visual guidelines, including store audio/visual standards.

Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of retail visual merchandising experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Associate degree in Interior Design, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and transport loads up to 100 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Strong eye for design, color coordination, and space utilization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
