- Assist in performing field operations and maintenance tasks as instructed by team leaders.

- Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and operating equipment.
