Position Overview:

We are seeking a Help Desk Support (Level 1) professional to provide front-line technical assistance and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will support users across various communication channels troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure timely resolution through proper documentation and escalation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone email and in-person communications.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues including:
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as creating user accounts and configuring hardware.
• Support audio/video equipment in conference rooms.
• Document all support interactions in the ticketing/tracking system.
• Escalate issues as needed and communicate recurring trends to management.
• Work within established processes and follow documented configuration steps for complex issues.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service across phone email and in-person communication channels.
• 2 years of experience assisting users with varying technological proficiency.
• 2 years of experience supporting computers Microsoft Office Suite Windows 10 Adobe products and general IT troubleshooting.
• 1 year of hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• 1 year experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
