Job Description

We’re hiring an enthusiastic, self-starter individual to join our team as a Production Assistant! This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and dive into hands-on tasks. No prior experience needed, but must have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Cutting fabric with precision for various projects, such as our custom guide pole covers. 
• Weeding vinyl to prepare designs for application. 
• Creating 48” foam poles with glue and gorilla tape.
• Assembling boxes for efficient and secure shipments.
• Maintaining a tidy workspace is crucial for keeping up the pace. This involves vacuuming and performing equipment maintenance as needed, and also before leaving daily. 

Upon demonstrating competent, self-starter skills, the position will grow, allowing expansion into additional areas: 
Shipping Coordination: 

• Creating shipment labels using the Unishipper account.
• Communicate with customers. 
• Verify the accuracy of art ideas and expectations, and follow through on the workload. 
• Confirm job completion with label and job photo texts. 
• Flow chart progress for orders and timeline of job completion.
• Heat press operator (in order of difficulty). 
• Swingman for adhering vinyl to fabric for our Trailer Guide Poles. 
• Hotronix for shirt and coozie production. 
• Hotronix hat press for patch adherence.
• Meistergram embroidery. 

Graphic Operator:

• Pulling existing logos from GraphTech art files in preparation for the workload.
• Create lettering for custom art requests. 

This role is Full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling.

 
Pay:  

• Competitive hourly rate, starting at $14/hour.
