Job Summary
ACI Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospice palliative medicine and infectious disease care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including botulinum toxin treatment.
• Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their health status.
• Provide case management services to coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a Level II trauma center environment or PICU setting.

Skills

• Proficient in Psychiatric nursing.
• Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques.
• Excellent case management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments such as PICU or trauma centers.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
