Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP BRIM Order Management.
Configure and implement SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) components including product modeling, order creation, subscription lifecycle management, and change processes.
Work closely with upstream/downstream teams and integrate BRIM OM with Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI/FICA) and CRM/S4 systems.
Support subscription order orchestration, contract management, usage processing, and rating scenarios.
Lead solution design workshops and recommend best practices for subscription lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot issues related to OM flows, pricing logic, subscription changes, migration, and master data.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and support SIT/UAT cycles.
Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, custom developments, and API integrations.
Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and training for business users.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements within BRIM modules.
