Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance our brand’s online presence, grow our audience, and drive engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of current social media trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently while maintaining a content calendar to track deadlines and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them as needed.
• Work with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce visually compelling posts, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing ad performance for maximum ROI .
• Report regularly on social media performance and provide insights to improve strategies.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 65,000 per month
